Mark as Useful Claims to want to change my business' At&t service and give me a flat rate and an 8% discount for the next 12 months. They are very persistent, I've received up to three calls a day over the last few months. According to what I've gathered by looking up the number, it is a scam.

Mark as Useful Said they were from UPS saying I owed over $100 on a UPS shipment to Canada, and it was based on something Canada was 'taxing'. Answering 'service' sounded like it was out of someone's basement. They did the whole English/Spanish greeting too.

Mark as Useful Did anyone ever think this could be Sprint themselves spoofing the number and running out the minutes. They seem to have the most to benefit. Everyone called is on the sprint or at least the underlying carrier seems to be sprint. Everyone says it is costing them minutes.... Just a thought. when you post your complaint add your carrier. ATT did this years ago when they deregulated the long distance carriers.

Mark as Useful Asks a survey question, but then asks if I want a refill. I think this is to bypass the Federal no-call law.

Mark as Useful Received similiar calls at work and on my cell phone. Callers were very rude and aggressive-Indian accents with American names. It really shook me up.....They told me that I owed thousands of dollars and would have to pay them promptly or appear in court for nonpayment and fraud. After calming myself down, I questioned them to clarify where the debt originated....I mentioned that I put a fraud alert on my account and they ended the conversation abruptly-telling me that they will call back after consultating with their head attorney. What a horrible scam. I recommend that you NEVER share personal information online.

Mark as Useful A woman by the name of Janet with a very thick Indian accent keeps calling me and telling me she is from the litigation department of a law firm and they have a case filed under my name and social security number. She won't tell me what it is for or how she got my information. I told asked her for the location and name of the law firm and the precieded to tell her that I have file a complaint with the attorney general and the federal trace commission and if they keep calling I will call the FBI. I am not sure but she either said she was scared or asked if I was trying to scare her.. Also did research there is no morris and associates anywhere.
